FOOD PORTIONING & FORMING MACHINES

The Formatic range of machines are the perfect solution to your food forming and portioning requirements. Able to form a wide range of products including meat, fish, potato, vegetable & ethnic, butter & cheese as well as bakery and confectionery, into a variety of shapes and sizes, the Formatic is the industry standard for small to high volume food producers.
The R Series machines are the smallest models in the range and can produce forms of up to 120 mm or 4 and 3/4" diameter and are available in speeds of 1200, 2200 and 4000 revolutions per hour.

SIMPLE AND SMOOTH OPERATION

Simplicity is the strength of the Formatic system. Suited to a variety of mixtures of numerous textures and consistencies, the Formatic uses synchronized paddles to gently press mixture into the required form shape. Assisted by the wire drum scraper, the formed product is then smoothly ejected onto the conveyor, presenting it for packaging or additional processing.

DRUM SHAPES

Whether the shape be a simple single circle or rectangle or a more complex shape such as a Christmas tree or nugget the form drums are made to exacting standards. Any shape can be reproduced with the only limiting factor being the physical size available on the drum. The shape is scanned into our CAD system, the drawing created and approved by the customer and then the shape transferred to our computer aided machining facility for generation of the drum form.

FORMATIC MACHINES S SERIES 180

The S4,000/180 is a top of the range model and can produce forms up to 135 mm 5.3" diameter at a rate of 8,000 drops per hour.
